The mutual rights and obligations of the Customer and the Operator are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “Operator” means Petr Woff, with registered office at Prusanecka 4179/10, Brno, postal code 628 00, Czech Republic, European Union, Tax identification number CZ8303193833;
- “Network” comprises all individuals, communities, societies, organizations, and institutions that deal with the past, present, or future;
- “Astral Intelligence (AsIn)” means a combination of human and artificial intelligence (AI);
- “Portal” means the AllSeers.com website;
- “Application” means any other electronic means through which the Operator communicates with the Client, Subscriber, Customer or Member;
- “Product” means digital content provided by the Operator through the Portal or through the Application;
- “Client” means any legal or natural person who seeks predictions of the future;
- “Subscriber” means anyone who receives our predictions of the future;
- “Order” means that the Client requests the Product;
- “Customer” or “Member” means a Client who has paid for the Product;
- “Club” means the set of all Customers or Members;
- “Purchase Agreement” means a purchase agreement within the meaning of European law.
- “Account” means an individual user account that a Customer or Member has on the Portal.
2. Disclaimer
The Portal and the Product do not constitute financial, medical, or other advice. The Operator is not responsible for any actions of the Client or Customer, or for any damages or other harm that may result from such actions.
3. Obligations and Rights of the Operator
3.1 The Operator is obliged to:
- manage the Portal to the best of its knowledge and belief;
- manage Accounts to the best of its knowledge and belief;
- provide Products to Customers to the best of its knowledge and belief.
3.2 The Operator has the right to:
- change the Portal, Product, or Account at any time;
- restrict, interrupt, or terminate the operation of the entire Portal or parts thereof at any time.
4. Obligations and rights of the Customer
4.1 The Customer is obliged to:
- protect the login details for their Account so that they do not fall into the hands of another person;
- not transfer the Product or copies thereof to another person.
4.2 The Customer has the right to:
- the paid Product;
- a user Account through which they can view paid content on the Portal for a certain period of time.
If the Customer breaches any of its obligations, it shall forfeit its rights and shall pay the Operator for any damages incurred.
5. Order
The Customer places an order through the Portal or through the Application.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order. Any changes to the information must be reported to the Operator immediately.
6. Product Price
The Product Price is agreed individually. The Customer confirms their agreement with the agreed price by paying the agreed price for the Product.
7. Purchase Agreement
The Customer enters into a purchase agreement with the Operator by paying for the Product.
8. Withdrawal from the Agreement
Since the Customer purchases digital content to which they gain access after payment, they do not have the right to withdraw from the agreement.
9. Payment
The Customer may make payment:
- by bank transfer in USD to account IBAN CZ88 2010 0000 0023 0336 3318, BIC/SWIFT FIOBCZPPXXX;
- via a payment gateway (by credit card or bank payment buttons).
9.1 PayPal payment gateway

9.2 Stripe payment gateway

10. Complaints
The Customer may file a complaint about the Product at complaints@allseers.com. The Operator will handle the complaint within 30 days.
11. Refunds
The Customer has the right to a refund of the money paid for the Product if they do not receive the Product or if their complaint is upheld. The refund request can then be sent to refund@allseers.com.
12. Out-of-court settlement of complaints
The Operator uses the option of out-of-court settlement of Customer complaints. Complaints are accepted at complaints@allseers.com.

15. Governing law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the European Union.
16. Effectiveness
