But we are still only human, so we sometimes make mistakes. At the same time, we recognize our customers’ right to quality service.

Right to a refund

If you have paid for a subscription for a certain period and can prove that one of our predictions for that period was incorrect, we will refund the subscription you paid for that period.

What is an incorrect prediction

We consider a prediction to be incorrect if we say something will happen with 100% certainty, but it does not happen, or if we say something will not happen with 100% certainty, but it does happen.

What is not an incorrect prediction

A prediction that something will or will not happen with a probability of 1% to 99% cannot be incorrect because it acknowledges that there is always some uncertainty about the future and that other versions of future developments cannot be ruled out.

Examples

  • Example of an incorrect prediction: You pay for a subscription for 2028. We predict that in 2028, the Republican Party candidate will win the US presidential election with 100% certainty. But in reality, the Democratic Party candidate wins. In this case, it is a wrong prediction, and you are entitled to a refund.
  • Example of a prediction that is not incorrect: You pay for a subscription for 2028. We predict that in 2028, the Republican Party candidate will win the US presidential election with 99% certainty. In reality, the Democratic Party candidate will win. In this case, it is not an error, because our prediction did not rule out other versions of future developments. Therefore, you are not entitled to a refund.
